We started Lynx because we were frustrated with how recruiting actually works.
As former colleagues, we saw the same problem from two different perspectives. Recruiting agencies and their clients rely on email to run critical hiring decisions. Feedback gets buried. Context gets lost. Important conversations live across inboxes, documents, and scattered tools. What should be a structured, collaborative process feels chaotic.
One of us came from engineering and product leadership before becoming a recruiter. Thinking in systems and then working inside the recruiting process made the inefficiencies impossible to ignore. The other spent years building backend infrastructure and enterprise reporting software, focused on reliability, clarity, and operational excellence.
We realized this was not just a workflow issue. It was a communication problem.
So we built Lynx.
