Quick fixes for common issues in Lynx. If you still need help, head to Contact.

I signed in but I don’t see my team/workspace

  • Make sure you are signed into the same email address that was invited
  • If you have multiple teams, select the correct team during sign-in
  • Ask an Owner/Admin to re-invite you if needed

I can’t access a job role

Job role access is scoped to role membership. If you don’t have access:

  • Ask an Owner/Admin/User on the recruiting team to add you under Role Settings → Team
  • Confirm you were invited to the correct role (not just the team)

Candidate not found

  • Check you’re in the correct role
  • Ask the recruiting team if the candidate was removed
  • Confirm the link you opened matches the candidate you intended

Client isn’t receiving notifications

Notifications are tied to stage changes and recipient selection.

  • Confirm the client is added as a role member under Role Settings → Team
  • When moving stages, make sure the client is selected in the “notify recipients” list
  • Use “Resend” on the candidate profile to send a reminder
  • Ask the client to check spam/filters for the notification email

I can’t change a user’s role or remove them

  • You can’t change your own role—ask another Admin/Owner
  • You can’t remove or demote the last Owner in a team

AI extraction/generation failed

  • Try again after a moment (large files can take longer)
  • For resumes, try copying/pasting resume text instead of uploading a file
  • For job descriptions, ensure the file uploaded correctly in role settings
